How'd you manage this? What happened when you submitted the post? Did you receive a post save error or anything which lead you to keep attempting publishing the post?

First time was a save error. After that, no indication that that post was saving. I detest the new editor's save button. It should at least indicate, somehow, that it's doing something and not just sitting there, frozen.

And WTF is up with comment editing? Apparently it's not possible to edit my first reply. I wanted to ass: add least, when you reply to a comment, the opacity/saturation of the blue button changes, so you know something's happening.

It's a bit weird, you have to refresh the page or load up the comment permalink to edit. Something we need to address.
